Warmest Wishes - Merry Monday #54

We finally got a beautiful day here in Surrey, B.C.  The man cut the grass and I got into the garden to clean up a little.

I know it's a little unusual but today I made a "Christmas" card for a challenge over at Always Playing With Paper. This challenge is to make a Christmas card with a Snowman Theme.

Feel Better

So I had another try and using Distress Markers. I'm really liking the effect and this may be my new obsession.

This card is a cute get well card.

Finally I actually made a card that is not for any kind of challenge. I wanted to give a go at using the Distress Markers on watercolor paper. I really liked how it turned out.

You're Sew Special - PP135

This week at The Paper Players there is a Theme Challenge. The theme is "In Stitches", which I thought would be lots of fun.


For this card I used The Sewing Room die from Sizzix and I made the clothes myself out of design paper and made the stick pin using beads I ordered on Ebay.
