Heart Banner

Hello my friends, I am back again today with another card.  This time I used the Pure Innocence - Heart Banner stamp set from MFT Stamps.

I coloured the sweet girl with Copic markers and then covered the hearts with Spectrum Noir - Clear Overlay Brush Pen with Glossy Accents on top of that.  I am loving the sparkle you can get with that Spectrum Noir pen.
