I am back again with another tag I created for the Spring Colours challenge at Tag You're It.
This time I created a bigger tag that I could decorate with a bunch of flowers. The colours of the flowers and leaves were inspired by the above inspiration photo. I did some ink blending and spraying starburst sprays onto some 110lb white card stock, to create the four colours. The hello die was cut fours times out of some 110lb black card stock , which I glued on top of each other to create a bolder sentiment. I'm not totally sure I'm happy with the plain white background for the flowers but I do like the overall colours.
Below is a list of the supplies I used.
Dies: MFT Stamps - Stitched Blooms, Hello
Inks: Distress Inks - Broken China, Mermaid Lagoon, Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry, Wilted Violet, Dusty Concord, Mowed Lawn
Lindy Stamp Gang Starburst Sprays - Blue Hawaiian Blue, Witch's Potion Purple, Hottie Patottie Hot Pink
Other: Recollections - 110lb White and Black card stocks, Offray - 5/8" Purple Ribbon, American Crafts - White Hemp Cord
Thank you so much for dropping by and I hope you have a wonderful day! Kathy
