Good morning! I saw the colour challenge at Colour Me Card Challenge this week and immediately knew I wanted to use the MFT Stamps - P.I. Cowgirl stamp set and make part of her outfit have the look of Jeans. I did use a much darker blue on my card but hopefully it still works.
I also used the MFT Stamps - Country Charms dies. I cut the Hat & Boot out twice and cut sections of the red to paper piece over the blue to make the items two toned. I then edged them with Vintage Photo Distress Ink to make them stand out against the rest of the card.
Here is the card I made.
Below is a list of the supplies I used.
Stamps: MFT Stamps - P.I. Cowgirl
Dies: Simon Says Stamp - Stitched Rectangles, MFT Stamps - Blueprints 13, Fishtail Flag Stax and Country Charms
Inks: MFT Stamps - Black Licorice Hybrid Ink, Versafine - Onyx Black, Distress Ink - Vintage Photo
Design Paper: My Mind's Eye - One The Bright Side One 6x6 paper pad, Lilybee Design - This & That 6x6 paper pad
Copic Markers: E000, E00, E11, R20, E 35, E37, W00, W1 & W3
Other: Sakura - Gold Gel Pen, Twine from my stash
Have a great day! Kathy
